Kennedy Center faces demolition if renovations aren’t done, DOJ says
The U.S. Department of Justice said in documents filed with a federal court that the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts is in poor condition and may ultimately be demolished if renovation funding cannot be secured. The Justice Department believes that President Trump has a unique role in raising funds and advancing the renovation, and supports the board's resolution to engrave his name on the building. Opponents, however, accuse the Justice Department of using the threat of demolition to push for the restoration of Trump's name.

Caterpillar sales surpass $20B as data center generators take off

CBRE: Q2 Office Vacancy Rate Drops Significantly, Corporate Tenant Demand Rebounds
CBRE's quarterly report released last week showed that the office vacancy rate fell 30 basis points to 18.3% in the second quarter, the largest quarterly decline since 2015.
