Under the terms of the acquisition, Mobile Kitchens Canada will continue to operate under its established name and brand. All current employees will remain with the company and are set to play an integral role in its future growth and success. John Innes will lead the Canadian operation from its base in Inverary, Ontario, serving as Regional Manager and working directly with department heads at Mobile Concepts' headquarters in Maryland. What started with a few small mobile kitchens for film productions and renovation projects quickly expanded after strong market demand confirmed the need for larger, more specialized units.
